Service & Repairs

Scheduled & Preventative Maintenance
Air Conditioning is a major investment, and it is important that your system is well maintained to maximise its performance and efficiency, and minimize your energy costs. Radicool Air Conditioning can provide an ongoing scheduled maintenance plan to suit your needs.
Depending on the type or model, Radicool Air Conditioning’s Scheduled Maintenance Services may include:
♦ Inspect and clean the air conditioner’s air filters.
♦ Clean the internal and external air conditioning units.
♦ Clean and look for any leak or issue inside the ductwork.
♦ Inspect the fans, motors, blades, and blower to ensure they function efficiently and lubricate any moving parts where needed.
♦ Top up or replace the refrigerant fluid.
♦ Check and clean the condensate drains and drain pans.
♦ Inspect and clean the condenser coils and evaporator.
♦ Inspect and test tubes, hoses and the compressor for leaks, blockages or wear and tear.
♦ Perform a general test of the switches and button control systems, ensuring all are in working order.
♦ Check system is shutting off correctly and check thermostat is working.
All work is carried out by trade-qualified, ARC-certified technicians.

Why should you only use a licensed ARC certified technician?
